All TradeBlindsDirect products are delivered free of charge throughout the UK mainland, the price you see is the price you pay with no hidden extras. We also deliver to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man at an additional cost per order of £10.00.

All blinds for the UK mainland are delivered within 7 working days except where otherwise stated. Orders for delivery outside of the mainland will tend to take a few days more. Velux blinds are delivered in 7-14 days. If we try to deliver you new blinds while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time or call and collect the blinds yourself. We are so confident of the quality of our products that if any item does not meet your expectations you may return it within 7 days. All we ask is that it arrives in original condition, including the packaging & that you obtain proof of return from your carrier. Please email us at support@tradeblindsdirect.co.uk before returning any item, alternatively call our customer service team on 01423 562555. Your statutory rights are not affected. Your opinions of our products and the overall shopping experience at tradeblindsdirect.co.uk are of paramount importance, any complaints are dealt with at the highest level.

All tradeblindsdirect products are rigorously quality checked before dispatch but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems or your blind is faulty please e-mail us at support@tradeblindsdirect.co.uk. We will promptly deal with your queries and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent without delay.

Order Tracking

As soon as you've placed your order, we will send you an email to confirm that we've received it. Your blinds will normally be delivered 7 working days after ordering unless you have specified otherwise, but if at any time you'd like to check on the progress of your order then please don't hesitate to call us.
